Am conceput programe de inchirieri auto special destinate companiilor si organizatiilor. Indiferent daca aveti nevoie de transport pentru angajati sau aveti nevoie de inchirieri sezoniere va putem face o oferta personalizata.
'O luna sau mai mult' este produsul nostru conceput special pentru acele situatii in care ai nevoie sa inchiriezi o masina pe termen lung.
Pentru a rezerva o masina, ai nevoie de cardul de credit sau debit, de cartea ta de identitate sau de pasaport. Apoi, la preluarea masinii, vei avea nevoie de:
• Numarul rezervarii
• Cardul de credit/debit embosat, cu suficiente fonduri disponibile pentru depozitul de securitate
• Permisul de conducere valid al soferului, emis de minim 12 luni
• Cartea de identitate sau pasaportul valid.
Utilizatorii trebuie sa aiba varsta cuprinsa intre 21 si 75 de ani pentru a putea inchiria o masina. Utilizatorilor cu varsta cuprinsa intre 21 si 24 de ani li se va percepe o taxa de sofer tanar de 3,57 EUR pe zi, inclusiv TVA.

Starea tehnica foarte buna si mentenanta autovehiculelor este verificata constant si asigurata prin sistemele impuse la nivel international de Enterprise Holding Inc.
Poti inchiria masina pe termen lung sau pe termen scurt (cel putin 24 de ore). Iar cu noul serviciu, contactless, o poti inchiria online si ridica de la noi in cateva minute. Din acest considerent, este foarte important sa livram si, implicit, sa reintram in posesia masinii in timpul indicat pe documentele de inchiriere.
Totusi, pentru ca stim ca pot interveni situatii neprevazute, care te pot impiedica sa restui masina la momentul stabilit, iti acordam o fereastra de 59 de minute. Daca vei depasi si acest termen, atunci vei fi taxat cu contravaloarea pentru minim o zi de inchiriere.

Pierderea talonului masinii, a oricarui alt document relevant sau chiar a cheii masinii, aduce dupa sine o penalizare de 150 de euro si semnarea unui protocol de returnare.
Semnarea protocolului de returnare este foarte important. In cazul unui refuz de incheiere a acestui document, Enterprise poate pastra integral Excesul de dauna si poate solicita acoperirea completa a tuturor daunelor rezultate.
Toate contraventiile primite in perioada inchierii vor fi achitate de catre persoana care a inchiriat masina. In cazul in care vom primi o notificare de la autoritati cu privire la contraventii survenite in perioada inchirierii, dupa ce masina a fost restituita, Enterprise are dreptul sa retina, din cardul chiriasului, contravaloarea amenzilor respective la care se va adauga o taxa de serviciu in valoare de 10 EUR.
Deasemenea, te rugam sa ai in vedere si achitarea taxelor de pod, parcare sau oricaror alte taxe ce trebuie platite pe perioada inchirierii masinii.
Depozitul difera in functie de clasa autoturismului ce urmeaza a fi inchiriat. Categoriile de masini Mini si Economy necesita un depozit de 300,00 EUR, vehiculele compacte si intermediare necesita un depozit de 500,00 EUR, vehiculele full size SUV si standard necesita un depozit de 1000,00 EUR.
Nu, poti preda masina si la o alta statie Enterprise Rent a Car. Predarea in alta locatie Enterprise este posibila pentru toate inchirierile cu o durata minima de 3 zile. Pentru clasele grupele de masini se va aplica o taxa de inchiriere. Aceasta taxa variaza de la 59,50 EUR la 178,50 EUR, inclusiv TVA, in functie de ruta aleasa.
In acest caz exista mai multe optiuni: poti achita in avans contravaloarea combustibilului pentru un rezervor plin, avand posibilitatea de a restitui masina cu rezervorul gol. Ce este important de retinut in aceasta situatie este ca nu poti solicita restituirea contravalorii combustibilului ramas in rezervor la momentul terminarii perioadei inchiriere.
Deasemenea, in cazul in care vei inchiria masina fara o plata in avans pentru combustibil, te vom ruga sa restitui masina cu aceeasi cantitate de combustibil pe care masina o avea la momentul inchirierii (fie ca vorbim despre jumatate de rezervor sau un full tank, politica ramane neschimbata – masina la restituire va avea aceeasi cantitate de combustibil ca la momentul primirii de la reprezentantul Enterprise).
Daca ne aflam in cazul in care un rezervor full nu a fost achitat in avans, iar masina restituita are o cantitate mai mica de combustibil versus cea pe care o avea masina la momentul inchirierii, vom incasa de pe cardul chiriasului contavaloarea alimentarii cu combustibil, plus o taxa de serviciu de 30 euro.
